Sonja Dahl, Founder, With Design Intent
I’m a design and innovation consultant with over 25 years’ experience working across design, research, strategy and organisational change. I support purpose-led organisations and partnerships to navigate complexity, shape intent and commission meaningful work.
My background spans design management, systems thinking and participatory research, with experience in service design approaches and futures-informed methods as part of wider strategic programmes. I’ve worked in-house and independently, held senior roles in national design bodies, and collaborated with teams across the public, third and commercial sectors.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowering people and teams to respond creatively to change. I design and deliver learning initiatives, support capability growth and mentor leaders and practitioners as they adopt new ways of working. I also help build ecosystems and partnerships, connecting diverse voices to strengthen innovation and impact.
