Sonja Dahl, Founder, With Design Intent
I’m a strategic designer with over 25 years’ experience working across design, research, strategy, innovation and organisational change. I support purpose-led organisations and partnerships to navigate complexity, shape intent, and commission meaningful work.
My background spans design management, service design, systems thinking and participatory research. I’ve worked in-house and independently, held senior roles in national design bodies, and collaborated with teams across the public, third and commercial sectors.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowering people and teams to respond to challenges creatively. I help organisations stay connected to purpose, build trust in design-led ways of working, and move forward with clarity, confidence and intent.
